We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original, undamaged packaging.
Returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to package and where to send the item.
Shipment: Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Note on Bulky Items (e.g., Furniture): For the return of large or heavy home decor items, a specialized carrier pickup may be required. We will assist in arranging this, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount, unless the item was damaged or defective.
Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned:
Custom-Made or Personalized Items (e.g., custom-sized curtains, engraved items).
Final Sale / Clearance Items.
Gift Cards.
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5-7 business days of delivery), we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [Insert Number, e.g., 7-10] business days.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If your home decor item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Evidence: We require a photo or video clearly showing the damage to the item and the packaging.
Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer to send you a replacement item free of charge, a repair, or a full refund. We will cover all shipping costs related to verified damaged goods.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (see Section 6). If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or product (due to a change of mind), you will need to:
