Thank you for shopping at Hiba_Decor! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.

 

1. Our Return Window

 

We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• In the original, undamaged packaging.

• Returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

2. Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to package and where to send the item.

3. Shipment: Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

 

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

 

Note on Bulky Items (e.g., Furniture): For the return of large or heavy home decor items, a specialized carrier pickup may be required. We will assist in arranging this, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount, unless the item was damaged or defective.

 

4. Items Exempt from Returns

 

Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-Made or Personalized Items (e.g., custom-sized curtains, engraved items).

• Final Sale / Clearance Items.

• Gift Cards.

 

5. Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5-7 business days of delivery), we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [Insert Number, e.g., 7-10] business days.

• Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your home decor item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Evidence: We require a photo or video clearly showing the damage to the item and the packaging.

• Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer to send you a replacement item free of charge, a repair, or a full refund. We will cover all shipping costs related to verified damaged goods.

 

7. Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (see Section 6). If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or product (due to a change of mind), you will need to:

1. Return the original item for a refund (following the process in Section 2).

2. Place a new order for the desired item.

 

8. Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund after the promised time frame, please:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
